He has tried cases in both the District and Superior Court, and has successfully argued cases before the Massachusetts Appeals Court (Commonwealth v. Chiappini, 72 . 188 (2008) and Commonwealth v. Ortiz, 58 . 904 (2003). Additionally, he has enjoyed the opportunity to argue before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court (Commonwealth v. Bowden, 447 Mass. 593 (2006)).. Attorney Weinberger is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, and a board member for the Plymouth County Bar Association.
