In addition, she has counseled clients concerning branding and intellectual property protection and enforcement including with respect to due diligence, clearance, prosecution, and management. Ms. Edelson is also experienced in drafting website agreements, such as terms of use, privacy policies, and video and personal appearance releases.. Ms. Edelson earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of California, Irvine and obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School.
