FRANK X. RUGGIER received his J.D. from the University of Southern California in 1998 and his B.A. from the University of California at Irvine, graduating cum laude. He is a member of the State Bar of California. Frank is a member of the Los Angeles County and San Fernando Valley Bar Associations. Frank is also a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) and the Central District Consumber Bankruptcy Attorney's Association (CDCBAA).  Frank is admitted to practice in the Central, Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of California. He was an extern to the Honorable Calvin K. Ashland, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California. Frank was awarded the American Bankruptcy Institute medal of excellence for Bankruptcy. Frank practiced consumer bankruptcy law with Price Law Group from 1999 to 2003. Prior to rejoining Price Law Group as a managing attorney in 2008, Frank was an associate at a prominent bankruptcy boutique firm in Century City where Frank gained extensive experience in bankruptcy and litigation while representing Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 trustees. Frank is an Orange County transplant originally born in New Jersey. In his spare time, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons, and playing and watching all sports and participating in fantasy football and baseball.
