Jody L. Winter is the Principal Attorney and CEO at the professional corporation of Lloyd Winter in Fresno, California. Lloyd Winter is a civil litigation firm practicing breach of contract, fraud and real property litigation lawyer, mediation, and arbitration of disputes in state and federal courts. At the firm, Jody is responsible for all aspects of legal representation and business management including marketing, client intake, representation in court, case management, and point of contact, COA and HOA assistance, information and regulation in Visalia and Fresno. Prior to Lloyd Winter, P.C., Jody was with the firm Gilmore, Wood, Vinnard and Magness in Fresno, California. There he practiced civil litigation in the areas of business, commercial cases and real property litigation including eminent domain and CEQA, appeals, and probate litigation with different corporate clients. Jody has published a constitutional litigation opinion with David Gilmore in Tosi et al v. County of Fresno 161 799. On a personal note, Jody has served as the Campus Coordinator/Volunteer for the Well Community Church in Fresno. He lead teams which were responsible for planning, recruiting, implementation and supervision of small group ministry church-wide, and at the Fig Garden campus. He is also the Founder of the Christian Legal Society in Fresno, creating a local chapter of the national organization of Christian attorneys to foster camaraderie and fellowship between local Christian attorneys.
