For over a decade, Mr. Doss has represented his clients in all aspects of litigation and transactional matters.  He has represented large and small corporations and individuals in litigation matters relating to complex business disputes, employment discrimination and personal injury, among many other matters.. Mr. Doss’ prior experience in construction and the food industry provides him with great insight into the unique challenges that those in the construction and food industry routinely undergo or have yet to experience. He has represented several large developers, subcontractors and suppliers in contract disputes and construction disputes. Mr. Doss represents large and small food retailers, product developers and suppliers in the creation and negotiation of numerous business agreements. One of his clients was recently featured in the New York Times and on Good Morning America, and its founders were selected to Fortune’s 40 under 40.  Mr. Doss also has extensive experience pursuing bad faith causes of action against some of the largest insurance companies, including Zurich and AIG.Mr. Doss has represented a wide range of clients in both litigated and non-litigated matters, drafted numerous legal pleadings, argued those pleadings before the court, obtained favorable verdicts in jury trials and administrative hearings, and engaged in numerous successful mediation sessions on behalf of his clients.Prior to joining RPNA, Mr. Doss was a Partner at the Green Law Group in Simi Valley, California.
