Matthew M. Wolf specializes in complex civil litigation, arbitration, and commercial transactions.  His practice includes banking, securities and employment litigation, as well as corporate and finance transactions.  He frequently represents financial institutions, borrowers, employees and investors, in business litigation and transactional matters.. He has successfully prosecuted and defended individual actions, class actions, shareholder derivative suits, bankruptcy proceeding, and FINRA arbitrations.  His transactional practice is diverse, including forming and financing various business entities, preparing contracts and counseling corporate clients on operational matters.. Mr. Wolf received his undergraduate degree from the University of Denison.  He graduated with honors from the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Law, in 2001 with a concentration in finance transactions.  While at the University at Buffalo, he was a member of Law Review and the Moot Court board, and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers for exhibiting excellence in oral advocacy..
