I have been practicing law since 2004, exclusively representing injured workers and disabled individuals fighting for Social Security Disability. I am passionate about what I do! I truly believe that it is my calling to protect and advocate for people who need it!. I was born and raised in Menasha, WI, by a working class family. I know FIRSTHAND how hard it can be for people and their families if they get hurt at work or become disabled. Many times, people get a denial letter in the mail from the worker’s compensation insurance company, and they assume that is FINAL! It most definitely IS NOT final, EVEN IF you have a pre-existing condition, or if they have an Independent Medical Examiner evaluate you and review your medical records. Almost always, there are so many more worker’s compensation benefits to fight for; to help you immediately with bills, and to cover you in the future if you cannot return to work!
