For over 35 years, Mr. George E.Lee has been involved exclusively in the practice of immigration and nationality law. His practice focuses primarily on temporary employment visas and permanent residence processing for executives and employees ofmultinational corporations. Additionally, he has extensive experience inobtaining employment visas in the healthcare and food services industries. Hehas successfully represented corporate clients in I-9 employment verification audits and counsels clients on I-9 compliance. Mr. Lee represents clients before the various immigration agencies ofthe Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of Labor (DOL), and the Department ofState (DOS). Mr. Lee is a past chair of the Atlanta Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (1987-1989). His father, Ernest C Lee, after retiring from the legacy US Immigration & Naturalization Service, was a founding member of the Atlanta Chapter. Mr. Lee has been a speaker on immigration law issues at conferences and seminars hosted by the State Bar of Georgia, Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, Atlanta Bar Association and American Immigration Lawyers Association. He received his law degree from The Lewis and Clark Law School in 1981.
