She has significant experience in the acquisition, development, financing and sale of retail and office centers, industrial properties, and residential subdivisions throughout the metropolitan Atlanta area. Ms. Guy also has extensive experience in representing small business owners/operators in lending transactions. Additionally, she represents numerous banks and lending institutions in secured loan transactions. Ms. Guy became a member of the law firm of Andersen, Tate & Carr in 1996 after joining the firm as an associate in 1993.. Ms. Guy received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1990. She received her undergraduate Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate and Finance, cum laude, in 1987, from the University of Georgia, where she was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa and the Golden Key National Honor Society..
