There isn’t any actual attendant there to help, their card reader didn’t work, and the ticket didn’t issue / the gate wouldn’t open. All the phone help line said was that they wouldn’t open the gate instead of helping, and then hung up on me. Prices are also unreasonable
Terrible place stayed maybe 30 minutes and this terrible laz parking bs charged me $55 and overcharged I did lose my ticket sadly but still can’t get refund NEVER PARK HERE TELL EVERYBODY ITS A SCAM
Parked in the lot next door and already paid the overpriced minimum of $36 for 2 hours, app doesn’t let you extend, just redo 2 hours. We were a tad late getting back to the car and received a $102 ticket for going over our time. Never parking in LAZ again, and telling everyone I know they’re a scam!
