A native of Kermit, Texas, I attended Southern Methodist University and earned my undergraduate degree in psychology in 1996. I earned my law degree from the South Texas College of Law in Houston, and have been licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since 2001.. After working for one of the most high profile Personal Injury law firms in the country, I decided to start my own law firm to help both mesothelioma victims as well as those injured or killed by Oilfield Trucking.  My vast years of trial experience includes work on a case that resulted in one of the nation’s largest verdicts in 2004, as reported by The National Law Journal. My efforts in the asbestos and toxic torts arena have earned me an incredibly strong reputation among both plaintiffs and defense counsel as fair, knowledgeable and results oriented. I concentrate my litigation practice on representing plaintiffs in the areas of personal injury, products liability, toxic torts, wrongful death, Trucking Accidents and asbestos litigation.. I am a member of the State Bar of Texas, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, and previously to The Texas District and County Attorneys Association.. Mr. Fostel lives in Houston with his wife, Lauren, and children, Sophia, Michael and Ava where they are members of Memorial Drive Methodist Church. Mr. Fostel is an avid sports fan and loves to cook.
