For almost two decades, he has advised private clients andgovernmental entities alike regarding myriad and diverse issues, including with respectto construction, zoning, land use, civil rights and employment law, education-relatedissues, licensing, public records, meeting procedures, internal investigations, conflict ofinterest, and many others.. Seth has successfully counseled numerous clients in a wide range of complex real estateand zoning issues including obtaining a favorable jury verdict in the only case in theCommonwealth challenging the operation and impact of wind turbines in residentialareas to reach trial.
