Coming from law school, Attorney Burton first served as law clerk in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia as well as in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Thereafter, Attorney Burton moved to the private sector, wherein he handled all of the domestic and family law cases for a small southern Maryland law firm.  In 2005, Attorney Burton opened the Burton Firm, LLC.. Attorney Burton focuses his practice on family and domestic matters.
