Great building with lots of offices. Can be hard to navigate. Other wise it's great especially Jones Day law firm.
I was stuck with no electricity and my mother in law with an oxygen tank. I will not pay upgraded rates. We will go to court. I now have a generator which will indicate how much you owe me when this happens again.
