From first impression, Mr. Hershkowitz portrayed himself knowledgeable and confident and even showed a certain level of aggressiveness. I wanted a fair fight and my child's best interest at heart. Mr. Hershkowitz was fair in his pricing. His assistant Seely always answered my emails and calls promptly. Overall, I highly recommend.
