Kyle was born in Houston in 1964. He was raised in Longview, Texas and graduated from Pine Tree High School in 1983. Mr. Shaw attended college at Stephen F. Austin State University and graduated from the University of North Texas with a bachelor of business administration degree with a major in marketing. Kyle graduated from the Texas Wesleyan School of Law in 1997, passed the Texas Bar Examination and was admitted into the Texas Bar in 1998. Since then, he has been in private practice.Kyle's law firm Kyle K. Kyle is the former vice-president and the current president-elect of the Collin County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
