Kent C.Anschutz was appointed to me.His performance was grossly deficient as he failed to conduct a meaningful investigation, lied about witness availability, and failed to communicate.I was forced to accept a plea agreement involuntarily, unknowingly and unintelligently.He also approached my case from the prosecution's position and not as an advocate for the defendant.
