Rachel has been practicing family law for 26 years. She was a founding partner of Elovitz O'Nan, LLC and a few years later, a founding partner of Elovitz Edwards O'Nan & Buerlein, LLC. In the Fall of 2021, Rachel returned to solo practice.. Rachel's legal practice includes divorce, legitimation, paternity, contempt, modifications of custody, third party custody, equitable caregiver, and grandparent visitation actions.. Rachel serves as a child advocate, guardian ad litem, mediator, and arbitrator. She is trained and certified in civil, domestic relations, domestic violence, dependency (formerly "deprivation") and delinquency ("juvenile") mediation.. Rachel has handled domestic relations cases in Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb, Gwinnett, Cherokee, Clayton, Douglas, Hall, Pickens, and Lumpkin County, Georgia..
