In a separate case alleging overtime violations, she persuaded the district court that the employer had properly classified a large group of exempt employees and won summary judgment for the employer. She has successfully argued appeals before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, including a matter of first impression that secured a summary judgment victory for the employer.
