I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Legal Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. For my law degree I attended Marquette University Law School. Upon admission to the Wisconsin State Bar, I moved to Janesville to be near family and to help the residents of Rock County. I joined the Consigny Law Firm, S.C. in January of 2013 as a general practice attorney.. I represent clients in Business Law, Commercial Disputes, Civil Litigation, Criminal Defense, Estate Planning, Forfeiture Defense, Civil Litigation, Guardianships, Injunctions, Real Estate Transactions, and Probate. I also represents Landlords in connection with eviction actions, drafting leases, and general compliance questions. Creditors in foreclosure, garnishment or other debt collection needs.. I am a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association and licensed to practice in Wisconsin State Courts and the Western District of Wisconsin. I am a past president and current board member of the Rock County Bar Association.. I believe that as your representative it is my duty to assist you in achieving your goals. I believe this means both advising you on the available paths, as well as working hard for you once a path has been determined. I also enjoy being involved in the local community. For this reason, I am also involved in Forward Janesville, by serving on its Government Relations Board and attending several of their events. I serve on the board of directors for Boys & Girls Club of Janesville, Inc., the Executive Committee for Legal Action of Wisconsin, and the board of directors for Family Promise of Greater Beloit, Inc.. Currently I live in the City of Beloit with my wife. During our free time, we enjoy spending time with friends and family and taking our dogs, Poe, Zoe and River to the Park.
