Melissa Fischer graduated from Marquette University Law School earning her Juris Doctorate with a certificate in litigation. While in law school, Melissa was actively involved in the Dispute Resolution Society and Client Skills Board. Understanding that a vast majority of civil cases settle prior to trial, Melissa was committed to learning how to effectively represent clients using various forms of alternative dispute resolution. Melissa had the opportunity to represent Marquette on both regional and national levels at the American Bar Association’s Representation in Mediation competition.. Melissa is a current member of the Wisconsin State Bar and Wisconsin Association for Justice. She is active in the New Lawyers Section of the Wisconsin Association for Justice and recently co-wrote an article for the Association’s quarterly publication, The Verdict.. Melissa is dedicated to representing injured people and focuses her practice exclusively on personal injury law, including car accidents.
