I am a trial lawyer. That is what I do. My clients do NOT have to pay me for my services out of their own pocket. If I take your case, I will make the other side pay my fee -- either as part of a settlement or as part of a verdict or judgment.. I grew up in small town Iowa. While in school, I drove trucks for a living, worked as a field hand, in a chicken processing plant and even had factory jobs. I know what its like to work hard for a company making an hourly wage and I saw firsthand how companies and managers can treat good employees poorly -- because of the employees age, sex, race, ethnicity or disability. It is why I do what I do.
