I am a trial lawyer who focuses his practice on the representation of clients in serious personal injury cases.  I have experience handling Motor Vehicle, Medical Malpractice, Premises Liability, Products Liability and other Personal Liability matters, and have successfully resolved numerous cases on behalf of my clients.. Recently, I obtained a $1.4 million dollar settlement for my clients who were catastrophically injured in a complicated motorcycle/automobile accident involving multiple defendants.  I was also part of the trial team which obtained a $1.1 million dollar verdict for clients seriously injured in an automobile accident, one of the largest Albany County verdicts in over a decade.. Prior to joining DeGraff, Foy & Kunz, LLP, I practiced as an associate at a well-established personal injury firm in the Hudson Valley, and before that, at a large litigation firm in Albany.  I received my law degree from Albany Law School, where I won the Best Oral Advocate Award in the Domenick L. Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition.  I earned my undergraduate degree from Villanova University.
