I started my own practice on July 1, 1981 and know the challenges of being a small business owner. I love practicing bankruptcy law because I know that I am helping people resolve their problems and get back to a normal financial life. I feel the same about getting settlement offers approved for clients with tax issues that have taken over their lives.. I have been married for 42 years and have two adult children and three grandchildren. Eugene has been my home for 46 years and while I love to travel, I can't imagine living anywhere else. I enjoy sailing, bicycling and skiing, both downhill and cross-country.
