Born and raised in Kansas City Missouri. Completed my undergraduate degree at St. Louis University and moved to Flagstaff after graduating from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law in 1995. Admitted to the Arizona State Bar in 1997.. Since 1997, Flagstaff Criminal Defense Lawyer David Bednar has been providing the best possible criminal representation for individuals who have been charged with crimes iuncluding but not limited to: drug transportation, distribution for sale, possession, DUI, DWI, in the counties of Yavapai, Coconino, Apache, Mohave and Navajo.
