He is an enthusiastic member of the First United Methodist Church of Vidalia and is active in numerous local organizations, including having served as President of the Vidalia Kiwanis Club. He graduated in 2012 as Juris Doctor from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University, where he served on the Law Review. Prior to law school, he graduated with a B.A. in English from the University of Georgia in 2009 and is loving the recent success of the Dawgs on the football field. Daniel is admitted to the Georgia Bar and can practice in any Georgia state court as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia. He has been named a Super Lawyer Rising Star for two consecutive years and is a graduate of the 2020-2021 Class of Leadership Georgia and also a graduate of Toombs-Montgomery County Leadership..
