Stephen G. Carlson is an associate at The Fry Law Firm representing individuals, families and children that have been injured by the negligence of others.  Stephen handles a variety of cases including auto and truck collisions, premises liability, wrongful death, negligent security, and has mediated and tried numerous cases throughout the state of Georgia.  Stephen has collectively won millions of dollars in settlements and judgments in his career as an advocate for his clients.  Prior to joining The Fry Law Firm, Stephen also represented corporations and insurance companies in defending against negligence actions. His prior experience as a defense attorney gives Stephen a unique perspective in understanding how insurance companies work, which he now uses for his clients' benefit.. Stephen received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and graduated from the Emory University School of Law. While in law school, Stephen earned numerous awards for his performance in the classroom, was a student advocate for the Henry County Public Defender’s Office, and traveled to South Korea for an internship with the Constitutional Court of Korea.  Stephen is admitted to practice law in all Georgia Courts, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, and the Supreme Court of Georgia.. Stephen is a happily married father of twins, and in his spare time, enjoys reading, sports, food, traveling, and spending time with his family.  Stephen is also a proud season ticket holder of the Atlanta Falcons.
