Currently, he is representing thefamilies of two people who died as a result of carbon monoxide poisoning.  Our investigation shows that theheating repairman failed to properly service the gas heater which resulted inthe accumulation of lethal levels of carbon monoxide in the house.  The carbon monoxide detector alsofailed to activate and warn the residents of the hazardous condition whichexisted in the house..
