This motivating purpose is what has driven me to pursue a career of representing individuals and small business owners rather than large corporate interest. To me, every case is personal and having a private practice allows me to provide every client with my personal attention. Having practiced in Seattle since 1979, I am intimately familiar with Washington case law. While it is always my hope that a case can be settled before trial, I know that this is not always possible.
