Attorney James DeGiacomo grew up on the South Shore of Massachusetts. He obtained his B.A. from Goucher College in Baltimore, MD, and earned his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law.Shortly after graduating law school, James returned to Massachusetts and passed the State Bar and began his legal career as a legal representative for Winn Residential and helped several non-profit groups comply with local, state, and federal health codes regarding lead paint laws.James then became an Assistant District Attorney for the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office. He has handled thousands of cases and represented the Common of Massachusetts in Brockton District Court, Hingham District Court, Plymouth District Court, Worcester District Court, and Plymouth Superior Court.In 2017, James founded DeGiacomo & Mikhlin, P.C. He provides residents in Boston and throughout the surrounding area with aggressive and affordable legal services.
