Tyler attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he majored in History and graduated cum laude in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts. He then travelled to Knoxville, Tennessee to attend Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law, where he graduated cum laude in 2020, obtaining his Juris Doctorate.. While attending Lincoln Memorial, Tyler was a traveling team member of the school’s burgeoning Mock Trial Team from 2018-2020, serving as Secretary for the team in the second year. He received two C.A.L.I awards for excellence, one for Legal Communication and the other for Trial Advocacy. Tyler was on the winning team of the Lincoln Memorial University Client Counseling Competition in 2017.. Tyler’s plans for graduation changed in March of 2020, when the COVID-19 Pandemic forced the remainder of his final semester to move to online learning. He moved back to his home in Fayette County and conducted his classes online while commencing studies for the bar exam. During that time, he moved to Indiana, Pennsylvania to be with his girlfriend as she obtains her Master’s degree. Tyler passed the bar exam during the COVID-19 pandemic.
