I am currently a partner with the Law Offices of Crehan & Thumann, LLC. My legal practice focuses on Criminal Defense, DUI/OVI Defense, Personal Injury and general litigation.. I have successfully handled cases in most Southern Ohio County Mayors, Municipal, and Common Pleas Courts; as well as the Commonwealth of Kentucky's District , Circuit and Federal Courts.. I have held the position of Special Prosecutor in the City of Mason, Ohio and City of Hamilton, Ohio Municipal Courts.. In addition to my formal education, I have received specialized training regarding DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing, and qualified by the NHTSA & IACP.. I have also been qualified by the Supreme Court of Ohio to represent indigent defendants accused of Capital Murder/Death Penalty.. I am license to practice law in the State of Ohio and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Would go with Hal Arenstein for criminal charges did not consult with me before or after court only said a few things I'd have been better off representing myself.

Iv used ken Crehan for years!! He is the most reliable attorney I know. I text him the other day for advice and he has literally been there for all my questions. Forever grateful for ken and will always recommend him!!
