Thomas A. Musi, Jr. is a founding member of the firm and a lifelong resident of the Philadelphia area. He attended Malvern Preparatory School and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. He is a cum laude graduate of the Widener University School of Law. At Widener, he was a member of both the Moot Court Honor Society and the Law Journal, and a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in property and land use planning. Tom is a member of the Phi Alpha Beta Honor Society, the Widener University School of Law Alumni Board, the Justinian Society and a long-standing Red Cross Board Member.. Mr. Musi is a member of the state bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is an active member of the Delaware County Bar Association, Family Law Committee and the Juvenile Truancy Task Force. Tom is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania state trial and appellate courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also been accepted as an expert on the topic of the Rules of Civil Procedure in the Court of Common Pleas and has sat as a judicial master..
