Attorney Michael Ready is a Partner of RKM Law with experience representing parties in civil jury trials since 1987 in the Superior and District Courts of the Commonwealth.. Attorney Ready is a former co-chair of the Massachusetts Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Practice Group with over 20 years’ experience successfully handling hundreds of cases before the Department of Industrial Accidents including prevailing on appeals to the Reviewing Board and Appeals Court. He has also served as one of the architects of regulatory changes to 452 C.M.R. 1.00, the adjudicatory rules of the Department of Industrial Accidents.. Since 2007, Attorney Ready has been annually selected by his peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America® as a noted practitioner in Workers’ Compensation Law. He is a frequent lecturer for legal and industry groups on workers’ compensation and employment law including the American Disabilities Act, Massachusetts Anti-Discrimination Statute and the Family and Medical Leave Act.
