As a businessperson, as well as an employment and business attorney, I proactively represent clients in litigation, the negotiation and drafting of contracts, handling compliance issues, the creation of corporate infrastructure, the drafting of policies, training of employees and leading companies towards organizational excellence.I consider myself a skilled negotiator, mediator and investigator, with the ability to identify the root causes of the dispute and finding the best possible resolution. As a litigator, I am zealous and passionate about the cases that I handle and the results that I obtain.
