Kristine Ann Cummings is a senior attorney with the law firm of Turco Legal P.C.   Her practice encompasses all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including divorce, custody, modification, removal, domestic violence and paternity matters, and she regularly handles cases that involve complex financial and tax issues such as business and asset valuation and alimony and child support structured payments for tax deductibility and capital gains tax issues. Kristine  is steadfastly committed to pro-bono work and the betterment of the legal profession.  She is a member of the Public Service Committee of the Family Law Section of the Boston Bar Association and has lectured on general issues raised by military service in the context of domestic relations matters at pre-deployment seminars for service members.  She has served as a panelist on various Boston Bar Association seminars and as a guest speaker at Boston College and Boston College Law School.  Kristine  is dedicated to the mission of the Women's Bar Foundation Family Law Project for Battered Women and regularly mentors volunteer attorneys.  Kristine  is actively involved in the Boston community and serves as a member of the Junior League of Boston, Beacon Hill Civic Association and St. Ignatius Parish. She is an avid sailor and volunteers her time at Community Boating, Inc.. Ms. Cumming has been recognized by Boston Magazine as a “Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star” in the area of family law each and every year since 2010.
