A board-certified Estate Planning Law Specialist, I bring over 3 decades of experience to help counsel clients on how best to plan and protect that which is most important to them. Everyone is unique, and their estate plan should reflect this uniquenes. While many firms use one-size-fits-all, fill-in-the-blank forms in a transaction-type practice, at the Bernstein Law Group, PC, we spend the time to educate our clients and to learn about them, their goals and concerns. We then custom-tailor their estate plan. Then we offer an ongoing relationship, so that their estate plan is fine tuned and adjusted as changes occur, both in the client's world and in the law.
