Beginning his legal career as a Prosecutor for the State Attorney’s Office, Mr. Novack served his civic duty by protecting the rights of victims by bringing defendants to justice. Early in his career, Mr. Novack was designated a “DUI Specialist” for Orange County, charged with the responsibility of convicting multiple prior offenders for DUI.  As a felony prosecutor, Mr. Novack immediately took on the most egregious cases in protecting victim’s rights in firearm cases, sexual battery, home invasion robbery and second degree murder trials.. Prior to leaving the State Attorney’s Office, Mr. Novack became a DUI Instructor and is certified to teach law enforcement agencies after having received his formal training by the Institute of Police Technology & Management through the National Institute of Traffic Safety Administration.  Mr. Novack received the same training specialized police officers undergo who conduct investigations and arrests for a wide range of DUI charges including crashes involving Serious Bodily Injury or Death.. After resigning from the State Attorney’s Office, Mr. Novack continued to sharpen his trial skills by working for one of the top criminal defense law firms in Central Florida.  Mr. Novack worked tirelessly in defending each person’s constitutional rights in ensuring the government did not arbitrarily take away his client’s basic liberties.  Despite constantly being targeted for working at one of the highest profile criminal defense law firms in Central Florida, Mr. Novack achieved an extraordinary success rate in securing a just and fair verdict for his clients..
