I have 19+ years of courtroom, trial, and consulting experience in entrepreneurial, small office, and government work environments. My multi-discipline practice in criminal defense and prosecution, family law, and environmental regulatory consulting (non-legal) provides me with a diverse and robust background that aids me in all my cases.. Along with experience working at my own firm, I have worked at the Collin County District Attorney’s office, where I was responsible for investigation and prosecution of atypical criminal offenses. Because of this experience, I have extensive trial, jury selection, and investigation experience.. Now a defense attorney, my experience in the District Attorney’s office gives me the upper-hand when defending my clients’ rights.. I graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of General Studies and graduated cum laude from the Texas Tech University School of Law.. I am admitted in the courts of Colorado, Texas, U.S. District Court Eastern Texas, U.S. District Court Western District Texas, and the State Bar of Texas in the Criminal Justice and Family Law sections.
