She has also successfully litigated cases outside of California before the United States District Court, 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, Wyoming Supreme Court, and North Dakota Supreme Court. On a personal note, Ms. Pratt was born and raised in Southern California and is an alumnus of Western State University College of Law where she graduated with Cum Laude honors. While at Western she was proud to be a member of the Women’s Law Association, received nine American Jurisprudence awards, and was an editor of Law Review. When not practicing law, Ms. Pratt enjoys snowboarding, motorcycle riding, reading, and playing with her dogs.
