Prospect and Waukegan, Illinois, the majority of my practice involves real estate closings and representing homeowners facing foreclosure in Lake and Cook Counties. Having spent 10 years working for and representing banks and mortgage lenders in foreclosures, I now use that knowledge to the homeowner's advantage. My goal is to provide excellent legal representation to my firm's clients. That not only involves fighting zealously in court but also giving sound advice to guide my clients through the various options available to them. I believe that a well informed client is essential to a harmonious attorney-client relationship. In addition to practicing in Lake and Cook Counties, my firm also practices in and has numerous clients in McHenry, DuPage, Kane, and Will Counties.I am a member of several bar and legal associations, am actively involved in the Lake County Bar Association, and regularly present at the Association's Debtor-Creditor Committee meetings on case law updates and other developments in debtor-creditor law.
