Mr. Otto started practicing as a trial lawyer in 1980.  Working first as an intern in Pierce County, and then as a deputy prosecutor in Kitsap County, he practiced exclusively Criminal law until 1990.  Thereafter he entered private practice, and enjoyed trial practice in Criminal Defense, Domestic Relations and Custody Disputes, and in Personal Injury Law.  Since 2008 he has limited his practice to Plaintiff Personal injury representation, representing those injured through the fault of others.. As a practicing trial lawyer, Mr. Otto has tried hundreds of jury trials, both civil and criminal, appearing in Jefferson County, Kitsap County, King County, Mason County and Pierce County, and in Federal Court in Tacoma.. Mr. Otto is an Eagle member of the Washington State Association for Justice.  He has been admitted to practice before the Untied States Supreme Court, the District Court for the Western District of Washington, and all Washington State Courts.
