I'm here to give you honest advice, clear guidance, and fierce representation.. I care about my clients and their cases, but I'm not going to "sugarcoat" anyone's situation for my own benefit. If you're looking for someone who will be honest with you, who is easy to talk to, who is compassionate -- but sometimes tough on you -- we'll probably get along.. I've been a prosecutor (Lewis County) a public defender (Lewis and Grays Harbor County), and I'm an experienced litigator. I'm not afraid to go to trial on your behalf (if that's the best choice for you) but neither will I force your case to trial to pad my own billing. I'm a big proponent of "alternative courts" (drug court, veterans court, family drug court, etc.) and helping my clients get treatment if that is something they're interested in.. I really enjoy working with both kids and adults, and I'm experienced in Juvenile criminal law as well as dependencies, CPS issues, and guardianships..
