Al with the firm provided me with sound advise and managed my expectations in a fair and deliberate manner. He helped me objectively see the positives and negatives of potential litigation so I understood what I could be expecting on both a good outcome and bad outcome. I found this both helpful and refreshing.
One of their attorneys took my deposition three months ago, and they have yet to pay despite repeated requests. Their excuses shift each time, which does not increase my confidence in them.
