Appellate experience includes a number of reported opinions including Texas Supreme Court, Donwerth v. Preston II, and appeals to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Business law experience includes setting up corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships, drafting contracts, real estate transactions and intellectual property matters.
