I am a dedicated lawyer who seeks to provide excellent legal services to my clients in a compassionate and thoughtful manner. I represent clients in complex litigation with challenging financial and parenting issues, but I also work on less contentious cases whereby the parties stay out of court and reach a settlement. In both situations, I aim to acheive workable resolutions in a cost-effective manner.  Whenever possible, I proceed amicably and cooperatively. In addition to being a lawyer, I am also a certified mediator.. Prior to becoming an attorney in 2006, I was a high school English teacher. I believe my teaching work gave me essential skills that I now use to effectively advocate for clients. I am a wife and mother of two children.  In my free time, I like to run, do yoga, and ski.
