As an attorney with Williams & Williams PSC, I take pride in the fact that our firm has been representing the Pacific Northwest since 1953.. My practice concentrates on municipal law, real estate and criminal defense.. On the civil side of my practice, I secured the largest settlement against Sound Transit for a subsidence case up that time.. Of behalf of clients facing criminal charges, I’ve won misdemeanor trials and settled felony cases including DUI and reckless driving, assault, robbery, and drug possession including dismissal for a client caught in the courthouse with non-medical marijuana. My experience in criminal defense work includes work for the King County Defender Association.. I hold a law degree from the University of Washington, and am a graduate of the National Criminal Defense College, Mercer Law School, Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. I also hold a Master of Fine Arts from Cornell University, at Ithaca, New York.. I'm active with Northshore Rotary, Cascadia Community College Foundation, Greater Bothell Chamber of Commerce, and Northshore schools..
