While at Baylor Law School, Tim was recognized with the Matt Dawson Advocacy Award and the Frank C. McDonald Appellate Procedure Award.. Tim’s first job as a prosecutor taught him how the State of Texas investigates and prosecutes DWI offenses. In 1998, Tim opened up his own law firm focused on criminal defense. He has successfully defended people accused of offenses from D.W.I. to capital murder.. In Tim’s spare time, he stays busy hanging out with his wife and four kids. When he can, he also likes to hunt ducks and quail.
