He has represented over $1B in real estate as it relates to assessments, appeals, and tax exemptions.  Currently, Rahul has assisted over 200 limited service hotels and currently assists one of the nations largest property tax consulting groups in property tax litigation and valuation issues.  He has a detailed understanding of the appraisal methods - cost, income, sales - that the district use to value clients' real property.  With an aggressive approach, Rahul works hard to achieve property tax reductions for his clients.. Prior to co-founding the firm, he was heavily involved in Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) litigation in South Texas for some of the states largest non-profit housing organizations.
