Christopher L. Parnell is Of Counsel in Dunn Carney’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights practice group. Chris has extensive experience representing creditors, trustees, and business debtors on a wide range of bankruptcy and insolvency issues. In addition, Chris represents clients on a variety of commercial litigation matters.. In 2012 and 2013, Oregon Super Lawyers recognized Chris as a Rising Star in Bankruptcy.  He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Debtor-Creditor Section of the Oregon State Bar.. Before joining Dunn Carney, Chris was an associate in the Bankruptcy practice group at another Portland law firm.  Prior to law school,  Chris worked in the fields of music and art.
